These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VeryQuote (the "Site"), owned and operated by CallBound Media LLC ("CallBound Media," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site Does

The Site presents a short quiz about Medicare eligibility and connects visitors who may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period with licensed insurance agents and carriers. CallBound Media is not an insurance company, does not sell insurance directly through the Site, and does not guarantee that any particular plan, rate, or benefit will be available to you.

Not a Government Entity

CallBound Media and VeryQuote are private businesses. Neither is affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the United States government, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or any state Medicare agency.

Eligibility to Use the Site

The Site is intended for adults age 18 and older who are researching Medicare options for themselves or someone they are authorized to assist. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; or
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) to access the Site outside of normal browsing.

Third-Party Links and Redirects

Completing the quiz may take you to a licensed insurance agency's or carrier's own website to view plan information or submit your contact details. That destination is operated independently of CallBound Media and is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy, not this one. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site the Site links or redirects to.

No Insurance or Medical Advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed insurance agent, healthcare provider, or Medicare representative. For authoritative, complete information about your Medicare options, contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048).

Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding third-party trademarks, which remain the property of their respective owners) are owned by CallBound Media or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
